Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of iaVideo.pt (the "Service"), provided by SPACEFOX UNIPESSOAL LDA. By signing up or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
iaVideo.pt is a web platform for AI video generation. It provides access to third-party models (Runway, Kling, Luma, Google Veo, OpenAI Sora, Seedance, MiniMax, Vidu, Wan, Grok Imagine, Nano Banana and others) through a single dashboard with EUR billing and European Portuguese support.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal, defamatory, copyright-infringing content; no impersonating real people without consent.
- No non-consensual deepfakes and no sexually explicit content involving minors.
- No reverse engineering or circumventing rate limits.
- Respect third-party AI model usage policies.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of prompts, reference files, and generated videos. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver your content solely to operate the Service. Paid plans come with a commercial license for generated videos.
5. Credits & billing
Plans are billed in EUR on monthly or annual cycles via Stripe. Unused credits stay in the account until the end of the billed period. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard — no cancellation fees. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated content is error-free. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
